I'm a lifelong entrepreneur, starting out selling my jewelry to my teachers. I'm a meditator and an engineer, a singer, a dancer and a devoted student of life. And I'm so glad you found your way here.
I am both a mystic and a strategist
I became a seeker at 15 after childhood trauma, and the path led me to becoming a transformation facilitator.
For nearly a decade I've been building Life-Giving Business: work that moves between altar and architecture, body and balance sheet. Work that refuses to separate who you're becoming from what you're building. The result: businesses and finances as alive and vital as the soul building them.
I became the proof of concept for everything I teach
Over the years, I've deepened my methodology and transformed my own sticky patterns of self-censoring and masking, social anxiety, performing for worth, burnout, creative repression, tangible and embodied scarcity with money, business disempowerment, and abusive cycles with men into the complete opposite: the embodied proof of concept for everything I teach.
I didn’t just avoid burnout. I recovered from adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, trauma and workaholism while scaling my business to seven figures in my first few years. I learned to build a business that brings me immense joy and gives life back to me and to the world. That is where the name Life-Giving Business comes from.
Each new chapter asked something brave of me
Stepping away from the stable job when death told me to. Moving across the country filled with unknown and grief. Saying the thing online I knew I'd get judged for. Following through when there were crickets. Opening my heart to see and be seen when it had been hurt before.
That courage compounded into the life I live now. A business I love. Almost complete time freedom. A badass, loyal man who adores me. A band, slow mornings, sabbaticals and pilgrimages.
Practice, lineage and the living earth
My approach braids 19 years of inner work with two engineering degrees. What I teach is not theory: it is what I practice every day, what lives in my lineage and the land, and what I have received from teachers and elders who have carried these ways far longer than I have.
Nature ways
Raised in the Appalachian Mountains and now rooted in the Rockies, I have always learned from the mountains, the animal teachers and the cycles of growth, decay and renewal. I bring that wisdom into how a business is meant to live.
Indigenous ancestry and guidance
My great-grandmother survived the residential schools. Her survival lives in my lineage, and I walk in relationship with the ancestral guidance that comes through it.
Years of daily meditation practice
Every single day for sixteen years. I was a meditation teacher before I was a business coach, and practice is still the ground everything grows from.
Engineering degrees
Including a master’s in environmental engineering. It is why I teach business as a living system, built to be sustainable and regenerative.
Buddhist lineage holders
I have received Buddhist teachings from seventeen lineage holders, and I took bodhisattva vows in 2018.
Years teaching dance and movement
Before business, I taught dance and movement for seven years. The body is where wisdom lands first, and it is still how I hold space.
Years of teaching and facilitation
From the dance studio to meditation halls to global conferences of up to 400 people, I have been holding rooms for seventeen years.
Psychic, ancestral and death doula work
Years of psychic, mediumship and ancestral work, and training as a death doula. I listen for what lives beneath the surface, in people and in their businesses.
Song, performance and making
I sing in a band and a choir, I have been a dancer my whole life, and I make fine art jewelry. Creativity isn’t separate from the work. It keeps it alive.
Earth stewardship and advocacy
I’m an earth steward and social advocate, and I’m founding the Phoenix Risen Foundation to support survivors of domestic violence.
Coaches, facilitators and healers
I have studied with dozens of coaches, facilitators and healers, and I keep learning. Every teacher has shaped how I hold the people I work with.
Blessings from the Kogi elders
I have sat with and received blessings from the Kogi elders of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia four times while co-facilitating a retreat there. They are guardians of the earth who call themselves the Elder Brothers.
I feel like I'm just getting started
I'm perpetually enlivened and humbled by this journey. My most recent big project is founding Phoenix Risen Foundation, a blooming nonprofit for education, empowerment and resources for survivors of domestic violence.
I have a lifetime of work ahead of me that I'm excited for: multiple books, producing a music album, and having children in my heart.

Life-Giving Business is both ontology and engineering. It works on who you're being and how you're building, because neither thrives without the other.
The engineer
I see a business the way I was trained to see an ecosystem: as a living system that thrives when it is nourished, not forced. I tend it through the Six Nutrients of a Thriving Business Ecosystem: your Business Beingness, your Relationship with Money, your Service, your Brand, Sales as Sacred Exchange, and Easeful Scaling and Systems.
The mystic
I work through ceremony, meditation, transmission and the body. As a death doula and psychic medium, I know how to hold endings, thresholds and the unseen, which is exactly what a business asks of you when it's ready to become something new.

Practitioners, healers, coaches, executives, founders, inventors and creatives with potent work to channel into the world: methodologies, books, retreats, nonprofits, art, movements, scientific discoveries, businesses that shift paradigms.
